The building will house a training and culinary innovation center supporting employee development and food service operations, plus a Starbucks open to the public. "As a local, family-owned business, LV Petroleum contributes to Southern Nevada's growing reputation for providing exceptional services, innovative solutions and memorable experiences for travelers as well as supporting children, families and organizations within the Las Vegas community such as The DREAM Program, The Injured Police Officers Fund, Three Square and Nathan Adelson Hospice," said Kris Roach, president and CEO of LV Petroleum.
