NatGold Digital Ltd. requested the immediate delisting of its NatGold Token (NATG) from MEXC on November 7, 2026, after the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced a Financial Crimes Enforcement Network order prohibiting U.S. financial institutions from processing funds transfers involving MEXC Global. The company announced the move in a PR Newswire release.

Why NatGold Pulled NATG From MEXC

NatGold said it acted ahead of the order's effective date. The order was issued under the Combating Russian Money Laundering Act. NatGold is a U.S. company whose wholly owned subsidiary, NatGold Integrity Vault LLC, is registered with FinCEN as a money services business.

"As a U.S. company operating through a FinCEN-registered money services business, we are acting immediately in response to Treasury's decision," said Mark Radke, Executive Chairman of NatGold Digital. "Trust is a cornerstone of NatGold's operating structure, and responding promptly to this regulatory action reflects that commitment."

NatGold said it is in advanced discussions with multiple regulatory-compliant exchanges and venues serving global markets, including the United States, and intends to replace MEXC as soon as possible. Once new listings are confirmed, NATG holders will be advised of the arrangements and encouraged to register accounts and link their wallets, as applicable, to continue trading.

The delisting follows other moves by venues and market participants tied to the FinCEN order. Reserve and its market maker partners will pause liquidity provision for LCAP and CMC20 on MEXC and withdraw the funds, according to ChainCatcher, while liquidity for the two tokens on other exchanges and chains remains unaffected.

NatGold's Exchange and Custody Arrangements

NatGold akta.pro company records show the company entered an agreement with Kraken in April 2026, through its subsidiary NatGold Integrity Vault LLC, for Kraken to serve as the initial U.S. trading platform for NATG. In May 2026, NatGold engaged High Ridge Trust, a Nevada-chartered qualified custodian, for segregated cold-wallet institutional custody of NATG token holdings. The same records show global market trading of NATG commenced on a major international exchange in July 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.

NATG Tokenization Before the Delisting

NatGold announced on July 9, 2026 that it had completed the tokenization of its second NatGold Certified Resource, the Alaska 4 patented mining claim at the Friday Gold Mine in Idaho, increasing total NATG tokens generated and minted from 57,200 to 106,800, PR Newswire reported. Third News reported on July 10, 2026 that the tokenization of the Alaska 4 concession increased total NATG tokens from 57,200 to 106,800.

What Comes Next for NATG Holders

NatGold said it intends to replace MEXC as soon as possible and will advise NATG token holders of arrangements once new listings are confirmed.
