The company said the appointment strengthens its leadership in safety governance and sustainability compliance.\n\n## Mewada's HSSE Background and Prior Role\n\nMewada brings over 20 years of experience in Health, Safety, Security and Environment, along with nine years in electrical maintenance. His career spans Oil & Gas, City Gas Distribution, cross-country pipelines, ports, logistics and chemical industries.\n\nHe has held senior roles at Torrent Gas Limited, Mahanagar Gas Limited, APM Terminals, Mundra International Container Terminal and British Gas Exploration and Production India Limited. Immediately before this appointment, he served as Assistant Vice President – HSSE at Pipeline Infrastructure Limited.\n\nIn that role, Mewada led the HSSE function, developed management systems and KPIs, and established processes for environmental data collection and sustainability reporting under GRI guidelines. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, a Degree in Electrical Engineering (AMIE) and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.\n\nHis certifications include Certified Safety Professional from the USA and Approved Safety Auditor (DISH-Maharashtra). He also completed the Management Development Programme at IIM Ahmedabad.\n\nAdani Total Gas disclosed the change under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
