## Inside the Lawncrest Launch

Lawncrest occupies a 10-storey building with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments overlooking the greens of Jumeirah Golf Estates. Prices start at Dh595,000 for a studio, and the development offers payment options intended to give buyers flexibility. Zimaya describes the layouts as making efficient use of space while prioritising natural light and outlook.

The developer works with interior designers and brands including Teka for kitchen appliances, and has partnered with Technogym on residents' lifestyle facilities. Home automation solutions also form part of the specification. Zimaya says four of its five projects to date have sold out, and its management team brings more than 30 years of combined experience across real estate, design, planning and construction delivery.
