## Lexus Bharat's Pune Guest Experience Centre

The Pune facility was inaugurated by senior representatives from the joint venture, Toyota Kirloskar Motor and Lexus India. Visitors to the Pune centre can explore Lexus vehicles, technologies and electrified mobility offerings, and the site includes an operational Lexus Service Point. Lexus India said it has 19 LSP touchpoints across its network to improve aftersales access and support vehicle owners. The company operates experience centres in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Kochi, Ahmedabad, Surat and Pune.

Hikaru Ikeuchi, President of Lexus India, said the Pune centre would help the company strengthen engagement with customers in the market. Sreenivas Chivikula, Managing Director of Lexus Bharat, said the company currently operates three GECs and would support Lexus India's efforts to expand its guest experience network.

Lexus offers an eight-year or 200,000-km vehicle and hybrid battery warranty across its models, subject to terms and conditions. Ownership support includes a five-year roadside assistance package covering towing, taxi support and vehicle repatriation. The Assured Buy Back Programme for the RX, NX and ES models includes low EMIs and a guaranteed future residual value, and Lexus Luxury Care service packages are available in Comfort, Relax and Premiere options.

## Lexus India's Earlier Launches

Lexus India launched the ES 350h hybrid sedan in Bengaluru on August 30, 2026, manufactured locally, Autocar Professional reported. The self-charging hybrid delivers 25.22 km/l fuel efficiency and is the first model in Lexus's next-generation electrified lineup, which will also include a BEV.
