## Mahan Takes Over Modine's Data Centers Segment

He brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience, including large profit-and-loss roles at Crane Payment Innovations, Schneider Electric and former GE companies.

As president of Crane Payment Innovations, Mahan aligned multiple commercial business units into fully formed P&Ls with end-to-end business ownership, according to the release. At Schneider Electric, he led multi-billion-dollar global businesses and defined strategic plans focused on emerging opportunities, including data center markets.

Furlong joined Modine in 2023 and oversaw global corporate strategy, business optimization and development, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures. Under his leadership, the company acquired six companies in two years and divested underperforming assets, the release said. In 2025 he served as interim president of the Performance Technologies segment and, for the past year, led the work to spin off that segment. Before joining Modine, he held global leadership roles in sales, marketing, engineering and product development at Quadion LLC, IDEX and Pentair.
