It opened presales in mid-July and is on track to sell hundreds of founding memberships before its doors officially open, the company said. Two more Virginia studios are planned: Midlothian at 14313 Winterview Parkway in December and Ashburn at 44795 Dulles Overlook Dr. in early 2027.\n\n\"Virginia is home for us,\" said James Temple, co-founder of Vertex Fitness Group. \"I grew up in Suffolk and spent 17 years building a business across this state, and our COO, Christy Rowe, grew up in Grundy and lives just a few miles from the studio we're opening in Ashburn.\"\n\nEach Virginia studio will be staffed by a locally hired team led by a general manager, supported by Vertex's shared services team and Rowe.
