## Inside the Quiet Side Master Plan

[DivyaSree](http://www.divyasree.com) said the layout places only four homes on each floor, and every home is built with independent walls so no walls are shared with neighbours. Deep setbacks separate the towers, homes are aligned to natural wind directions for cross-ventilation, and dedicated pedestrian and vehicle paths keep pedestrian pathways vehicle-free.

The project offers two 3BHK configurations: Grand residences of about 1,900 sq. Ft. And Luxe residences of about 2,200 sq ft (super built-up area). Prices start at ₹2.99 crore (all inclusive), depending on the floor and configuration, and each tower is topped by duplex penthouses with private open terraces.

With 85 per cent of the site kept open, residents have landscaped gardens, a jogging and walking track, quiet zones for meditation and for senior citizens, and courts for pickleball, futsal, badminton and squash. The 15,000 sq. Ft. Clubhouse houses a gymnasium, swimming pool, library, mini theatre and a double-height multi-purpose hall, with another 7,500 sq. Ft. Of indoor amenity space.
