He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney, is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, is a past president of the New Jersey Association for Justice and was named to the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyers list in 2022.

DiGirolamo joined the firm in 1992 and became managing partner in 1999. His practice centers on car accidents, construction accidents and workers' compensation claims, and he served as co-counsel on the trial team in the Tropicana garage collapse litigation, which resulted in a $101 million recovery.
