## Inside the Third-Quarter Results

Net sales rose from $147.1 million in the third quarter of 2025, a 7.6% increase on a constant currency basis, and the gain was driven by a 12.8% increase in the number of orders. Gross margin was 60.1%, compared with 59.1% a year earlier, on improved full-price selling at the streetwear brands, partly offset by higher inbound freight costs.

Adjusted EBITDA was $8.2 million, or 5.1% of net sales, compared with $7.0 million, or 4.8% of net sales, in the third quarter of 2025. Selling expenses were $52.3 million, or 32.4% of net sales, compared with $43.2 million, or 29.4% of net sales, a year earlier, driven primarily by $5.3 million in one-time costs for relocating the distribution center to Ohio.

"Net sales grew 9.7% and adjusted EBITDA increased nearly 17%, marking our third consecutive quarter of double-digit adjusted EBITDA growth," said Ciaran Long, Chief Executive Officer of a.k.a. Brands. Long said U.S. net sales rose 14% and Rest of World net sales rose 79%, led by Princess Polly's growth in the U.K.

Cash and cash equivalents totaled $15.6 million at the end of the quarter, compared with $20.3 million at the end of fiscal year 2025. Debt was $101.9 million, compared with $111.3 million at the end of the third quarter of 2025.

## Princess Polly's Store Count and Petal & Pup's Pipeline
