By ·

Key takeaways

  • Osaic approved all six Nitrogen products, including every Nucleus AI capability, for its network of financial professionals.
  • Nitrogen's suite covers Risk Center, Research Center, Income Center, Tax Center, Legacy Center and Insurance Center.
  • Nitrogen holds ISO/IEC 42001 certification for responsible AI management, which Osaic cited in approving the full suite.

Osaic approved Nitrogen's entire suite of advisor products, including all Nucleus AI capabilities, for use across its network of financial professionals, Nitrogen said on November 3, 2026. The approval covers six products, and Osaic supports more than 10,000 financial professionals, according to the GlobeNewswire announcement.

What Osaic Advisors Get From Nitrogen

Osaic advisors can use Risk Center, Research Center, Income Center, Tax Center, Legacy Center and Insurance Center. Advisors choose the products that fit their practices and can add capabilities as needs change.

Nucleus, Nitrogen's agentic AI engine, connects the products and completes tasks with advisor approval. Osaic advisors can turn client statements into portfolios, generate retirement income illustrations and transform tax returns into visual insights.

"Every hour an advisor spends on manual work is an hour they can't spend with a client or prospect," said Dan Zitting, CEO of Nitrogen. "Osaic is demonstrating their leadership by putting advisors first and giving them access to next-generation AI technology."

Sayee Bellamkonda, chief AI and technology officer at Osaic, said: "Our financial professionals want AI they can put to work right away, and our job is to make sure it meets the standards their clients expect. Nitrogen's commitment to security and responsible AI gave us the confidence to approve the full suite, AI included."

Nitrogen introduced Insurance Center in August 2026, according to Investmentnews, as an AI-powered tool that calculates insurance coverage needs across life insurance, long-term care coverage, retirement income protection and annuities.

Osaic's Recapitalization and Platform Partnerships

Osaic completed a recapitalization of more than $2 billion in April 2026, with Reverence Capital Partners retaining majority and Bain Capital joining as a new investor alongside Ares Secondaries and Lexington Partners, according to akta.pro company records. The same records list a June 2026 partnership with Zocks, a privacy-first AI platform used by more than 5,000 firms including Osaic, and a May 2026 expanded Envestnet partnership supporting over 733,000 advisor accounts as of March 31, 2026.

Osaic's Recent Advisor Additions

On November 2, 2026, Beacon Financial Group, an Ohio-based independent advisory firm led by Brent Besinger, joined Osaic's Empowered Independence channel with nearly $1 billion in client assets, Pulse 2.0 reported. On October 22, 2026, family-led Freehold Wealth Management joined Osaic's network with approximately $576 million in client assets, FinancialContent Business Page reported. On October 20, 2026, ICG Next, a Wall Township, N.J.-based wealth manager with about $2.3 billion in client assets, left LPL Financial to join Osaic, Wealth Management reported.
