## Herbick's Path From Pursant to STS

Herbick brings more than three decades of M&A experience and has advised on hundreds of transactions, according to the announcement. As CEO of Capital Building Services Group, he grew the company nationwide through acquisitions and organic growth to more than 1,500 employees, earning a place on the Inc. 500 list, before selling it in 2009.

Herbick said STS's ability to bring international strategic buyers to the table drew him to the firm.
