## Key takeaways

- KLabs will exhibit at WORLD HYDROGEN EXPO 2026 in KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang from November 4 to November 6.
- The flagship exhibit is a manifold-integrated gas-liquid separator that combines hydrogen, air and coolant channels with condensate separation and drainage in one metal component.
- KLabs says metal 3D printing lets it form internal channels that conventional CNC milling or welding cannot achieve, consolidating fluid distribution, mixing, phase separation and cooling.

KLabs will showcase metal additive manufacturing-based fluid components and thermal management systems for hydrogen fuel cells at WORLD HYDROGEN EXPO 2026 in Goyang, South Korea, from November 4 to November 6. The company announced the exhibition in a press release carried by [Nate](https://news.nate.com/view/20261102n18720?mid=n0100).

## KLabs's Manifold-Integrated Separator and Cooling Parts

The flagship exhibit is a manifold-integrated gas-liquid separator for hydrogen fuel cells. KLabs integrates hydrogen, air and coolant channels with condensate separation and drainage mechanisms into a single monolithic metal component. The design is intended to reduce potential leakage points while cutting installation footprint, component mass and pressure loss. KLabs says the separator applies to standard hydrogen fuel cells as well as maritime vessel and stationary power generation fuel cell systems.

KLabs is an additive manufacturing specialist offering an end-to-end service that spans Design for Additive Manufacturing, structural and fluid computational analysis, metal 3D printing and post-processing. The company says its complex-geometry fluid components use metal 3D printing to create internal channels that are difficult or impossible with conventional CNC milling or welding, unifying fluid distribution, mixing, phase separation and cooling in one structure. Computational fluid dynamics is used to optimize pressure drop and flow uniformity.

"KLABS highlights this integrated consolidation—reducing part count, assembly procedures, and leakage risks—as its core competitive differentiator," the company said in the release.

KLabs's high-efficiency heat exchangers and cooling components use internal microchannels and lightweight lattice geometries to increase heat-transfer surface area. The company says the parts are engineered through thermal-fluid simulations to optimize cooling performance while minimizing pressure resistance, for uses including liquid cooling plates and advanced heat sinks. KLabs has also developed customized 3D printers, from entry-level systems to heavy industrial machines supplied to enterprises and research institutes.

## WHE 2026 Details

WORLD HYDROGEN EXPO 2026 runs across Halls 7 and 8 at KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang from November 4 to November 6. The event, which incorporates H2 MEET, is hosted by the World Hydrogen Expo Organizing Committee, co-chaired by the Korea Automobile & Mobility Association and Korea H2 Alliance. About 200 enterprises from 20 nations are expected to present hydrogen production, storage, transport and utilization technologies, alongside international conferences and the H2 Business Partnership Fair.
