## Bhide's Path From John Cockerill To Johnson Controls

Bhide assumes leadership of Johnson Controls' India operations with a background spanning industrial technology, engineering, manufacturing, business transformation, strategic marketing and international business leadership. The company said his appointment comes as it continues to serve industries requiring advanced building technologies, energy-efficient infrastructure, thermal management and mission-critical systems.

Before joining Johnson Controls, Bhide spent nearly seven years at John Cockerill in several senior leadership positions. He most recently served as Group Transformation Officer, a position he assumed in July 2024, alongside his responsibilities as Regional President – John Cockerill Group, which he held from June 2023. Earlier at John Cockerill, Bhide was Managing Director for approximately three-and-a-half years, based in Mumbai.

Prior to John Cockerill, Bhide held senior leadership roles at Fortive India and Gilbarco Veeder-Root. He served as President – Fortive India and Managing Director – Gilbarco Veeder-Root India, following his appointment as Managing Director – India at Gilbarco Veeder-Root in 2014. During his approximately five-year association with Gilbarco Veeder-Root, he focused on sustaining profitable business growth and managing the company's Indian operations.

Bhide spent more than six years at DuPont in senior commercial leadership positions, including Global Marketing Leader – DuPont Titanium Technologies for approximately three years and, before that, Business Director – DuPont India. He also worked with INVISTA as Director – New Business Development for more than four years. His earlier career was closely associated with DuPont, where he spent more than 13 years in technical, manufacturing and marketing roles, beginning his documented career in 1990.
