Premier Workspaces to Open 20,131-Square-Foot Flexible Office at Irvine Towers in Winter 2027

Premier Workspaces will open a 20,131-square-foot flexible office at Irvine Towers in Irvine, California, with more than 80 private offices, the company said in an announcement covered by EIN Presswire. The center is scheduled to open in Winter 2027, with pre-leasing available in advance.

Premier Workspaces provides flexible office space, private offices, team offices, coworking, meeting rooms, day offices and virtual office solutions. The Irvine Towers center will offer furnished, move-in ready private offices for individuals and teams, along with meeting rooms, a day office and virtual office plans.

The center sits in Irvine's Airport Area, near the 405 and 55 freeways, the 73 Toll Road and John Wayne Airport.

Irvine Towers is a five-building Class A business campus owned by Irvine Company. Its amenities include Kinetic Fitness, an on-site fitness center, The Commons outdoor collaboration space, several dining options, a complimentary airport shuttle and 21 EV charging stations. Irvine Company reported in August 2026 that its Orange County office portfolio is 90% occupied, according to Ocbj.

Premier Workspaces announced on August 26, 2026 the opening of its newest Newport Beach location at 1400 Newport Center Drive, Suite 100, in Corporate Plaza within the Fashion Island area, PRLog reported. On August 17, 2026, the company said it had secured a long-term lease for a 17,714-square-foot flexible office space at the Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine, bringing its Orange County portfolio to over 554,000 square feet, according to PRLog. On July 20, 2026, Ocbj reported that Premier Workspaces had opened a 23,800-square-foot flexible office center at Lincoln Property Company's Redstone campus in Newport Beach.

Irvine Towers Pre-Leasing

Pre-leasing for Premier Workspaces at Irvine Towers is available ahead of the Winter 2027 opening, and turn-key private offices, team suites, virtual office addresses, a day office and conference rooms are expected to be available beginning Winter 2027.
