## JazzWorld's Two PTA Cybersecurity Awards

The Annual PTA CTDISR Audit checks compliance with the Critical Telecom Data and Infrastructure Security Regulations, the framework for protecting sensitive telecommunications data and critical network infrastructure. JazzWorld's joint top ranking reflects its focus on cybersecurity controls and the resilience of its telecommunications operations, according to the report.

The second award, Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign Best Video 2026, recognizes JazzWorld's work communicating online safety messages to the public. The company said the recognition covers efforts to help digital users identify cyber threats, protect personal information and use online platforms safely.

Zaheer Mehdi, Group Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs at JazzWorld, said, "As Pakistan's digital economy grows, cybersecurity must remain central to how we build and deliver digital services." He added that protecting critical infrastructure is only one part of the responsibility and that empowering people with online knowledge is equally important.
