Individual Restaurants Names Rob Carroll Group Technology & Transformation Director

Individual Restaurants has appointed Rob Carroll as its Group Technology & Transformation Director, moving him from a three-year contract engagement into the permanent role. Retail Technology Innovation Hub reported the appointment on October 30, 2026.

Carroll's Move From Contractor To Group Director

Individual Restaurants operates upmarket Italian and grill restaurants in central London, UK cities, towns and their suburbs, and its collection includes Piccolino, Riva Blu and Piccolo, according to its own site. Carroll's CV includes stints at Closer Pets, Hunter Boots and FitFlop. He has worked with Individual Restaurants for the past three years on a contract basis.

CEO Andrew Garton framed the hire around the company's growth plans. "Great businesses are built by great people. The appointment places technology and transformation leadership at group level as the restaurant operator sets out its next phase of growth.
