OIA Global, founded in 1988, provides freight forwarding, customs brokerage, project logistics and supply chain solutions.\n\nSGL Group said the acquisition will strengthen its position in the United States and other strategically important markets, expanding its footprint and adding scale and complementary supply chain capabilities.
