Tropicana Brands Group Appoints Kevin J. Bohan as Global Chief Human Resources Officer

Tropicana Brands Group has appointed Kevin J. Bohan as its Global Chief Human Resources Officer, the company said in an announcement published by Hrtoday. Bohan brings more than 24 years of human resources leadership experience across consumer products, manufacturing and private equity-backed organizations. The appointment was announced in October 2026.

Bohan's Mandate at Tropicana Brands Group

In the role, Bohan will lead the company's global human resources function. The company said his focus covers strengthening organizational capabilities, advancing talent and leadership strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture. Tropicana Brands Group said the appointment comes as it continues investing in its people and strengthening its organizational culture across international markets.

Bohan joins from ProDriven Global Brands, where he served as CHRO and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for nearly seven years. There he led people strategy for a global manufacturing organization with more than 5,000 employees across 11 countries, with responsibilities spanning organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity, leadership capability building and business transformation support. He was previously Chief Human Resources Officer at UGN, Inc., overseeing enterprise HR strategy across manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico, and held senior HR leadership roles at Pactiv Evergreen, including Business Unit HR Leader and Senior Director HR – Global Manufacturing. Earlier, he spent more than 11 years at Diageo in HR leadership positions across North America and the United Kingdom, including HR Director – North America Supply Chain. He holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and is pursuing executive coaching studies at NYU School of Professional Studies.

Tropicana's Leadership Bench Under CEO Paul Chibe

Tropicana Brands Group appointed Paul Chibe, formerly of Pabst Brewing, Ferrero and AB InBev, as Chief Executive Officer in November 2025, succeeding Glen Walter, according to akta.pro company records. The same records list Tim Tulfer as Global Chief Financial Officer, Charles Broll as Chief Legal Officer and Chris Tussing as Chief Marketing Officer.
