The company is live in 17 stores with a 15 per cent share of the protein bar category and is targeting 100 stores across multiple retail chains within three months and 500 within a year, [BusinessLine](https://www.thehindubusinessline.com/economy/agri-business/fresh-food-firm-pluckk-expands-to-uk-plans-to-enter-uae-next/article71627829.ece) reported.\n\n## Pluckk's UK Launch and Store Targets\n\nPluckk was launched in January 2022 as a fresh food firm built around premium products and clean-label food. It is present in 3,500 dark stores on quick commerce and serves over 20 cities. Its range runs from fruits and vegetables to cut and mixed fruits and vegetables, cold-pressed juices, frozen grated coconut and protein bars, with frozen berries and clean-label tomato ketchup added recently.\n\nGupta said the company had earmarked the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the US for growth. \"There are some Western-oriented customers who are looking for high-quality food and are coming from India. So, we have done that kind of journey in the UK,\" he said. In West Asia, the war has delayed the company's plans, and Gupta said: \"We plan to expand faster, and the UAE is our next destination.\"\n\nPluckk procures directly from farmers and has sourcing teams including agronomists. \"We let farmers be independent and decide who they want to sell their produce to and at what price so that they can get the maximum advantage out of it,\" Gupta said. The company buys local crops including carrots, beans and spinach, and Gupta said it buys almost 40-50 crops in the Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi regions. It has not entered into any contract farming.\n\n## Pluckk's Funding and Revenue Records\n\nPluckk has raised three rounds of funds and mopped up to $25 million so far, Gupta said. According to akta.pro [company records](https://akta.pro/company-data), the company raised Rs 100 crore ($10.8 million) in a Series A1 round led by Euro Gulf Investment in April 2026, bringing total funding to $26 million, earmarked for offline retail expansion, international entry into the UAE and UK, and research and development. The same records show a 2025-03 round of approximately $9.94 million from Euro Gulf Investment as part of a two-tranche capital plan, helping fund the near-doubling of revenue to INR 85 crore in FY25.\n\nIn the 2025-26 fiscal year, Pluckk clocked a revenue of over ₹100 crore gross merchandise value revenue, and it is looking to double the revenue this fiscal year.\n\n## Pluckk's Next Markets and Products\n\nGupta said Pluckk wants to get into modern and general trade and be seen in offline shops, from neighbourhood stores to larger Reliance or D-Mart outlets. The company wants to be visible in at least 50-plus cities apart from tier I cities and to foray into more countries. It is looking at new products such as frozen avocado and edamame.\n","publisher":{"name":"News for Agent","url":"https://newsforagent.com"}}
