ACE Group's ACE Arte in Noida Records ₹2,100 Crore in Home Sales Across 784 Units

ACE Group's luxury residential project ACE Arte in Sector 150, Noida, has recorded sales of ₹2,100 crore, the developer said in a press release carried by The Tribune. ACE Group is a Noida-based real estate developer whose projects include ACE Hive, a mixed-use retail and hotel-branded studio apartment development in Sector 22A on the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida.

Inside the ACE Arte Development

ACE Arte is spread across approximately 15 acres and comprises 784 3 and 4 BHK residences. The project was planned as a low-density development, with approximately 80% of its area dedicated to open spaces and landscaped greens, and its plot is open on three sides.

The project was designed by architect Ar. Hafeez Contractor around the philosophy "Art Meets Architecture," with neo-classical architectural designs. Amenities include landscaped gardens, garden walkways, a sculpture court, a reflexology garden, yoga and meditation lawns, and an approximately 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a gymnasium, Pilates studio, indoor sports facilities, a temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool, banquet hall, gourmet restaurant, business centre and rooftop lounge. Outdoor facilities cover padel, pickleball, tennis, basketball and badminton.

Ajay Choudhary, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of ACE Group, said: "With ACE Arte we wanted to offer something unique. We have used neo-classical architecture to incorporate a feeling of grandeur, along with lots of open areas."

ACE Arte sits within the larger Sports City development in Sector 150, with connectivity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway, along with access to the Aqua Line Metro. The Noida International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away, according to the release.

ACE Group's Recorded Project Activity

According to akta.pro company records, ACE Group pre-launched ACE Hive in 2025, a 6.5-acre mixed-use development comprising 5 towers of G+37 floors on a 100-acre master-planned township in Sector 22A, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida, combining high-street retail and pre-leased studio apartments. In March 2025 the company obtained RERA registration under UPRERAPRJ939595/03/2025 for the ACE Hive project, enabling legally compliant sales and escrow-based collections. The same records show a March 2025 partnership with Sarovar Portico for the hotel-leased Business Suite studio apartment product across floors 5 to 15, providing buyers with branded rental management.

Earlier Launches in Sector 150

ACE Group launched Ace Arte in Sector 150 as a luxury residential project with 11 high-rise towers and 3 and 4 BHK apartments, PRLog reported in August 2026. The same outlet described the project that month as featuring 784 exclusive homes from 1,927 to 4,370 sq. ft., with amenities including a clubhouse, pools and sports courts. ACE Arte is ACE Group's 25th project and its fourth development in Sector 150, following ACE Golfshire, ACE Parkway and ACE Medley Avenue, according to the release.

ACE Group said it has a legacy spanning more than 15 years, 25 projects and approximately 25 million sq. ft. delivered. The company's own announcement describes ACE Arte as bringing architecture, landscape and lifestyle together in Sector 150.
