[Investegate](http://www.investegate.co.uk/announcement/rns/acceler8-ventures--ac8/hui10-broadens-lucky-world-offering-with-li-ning/9842386) published the announcement on October 27, 2026.\n\n## How the Li-Ning Consignment Model Works\n\nUnder the agreements, Li-Ning's regional operating companies supply authorised merchandise on consignment for Lucky World online channels and designated retail locations. Hui10 may also sell all approved Li-Ning merchandise online through its Lucky World and TEAM CHINA platforms. The arrangements use a commission-based consignment model, with Lucky World entitled to retain a proportion of qualifying merchandise sales.\n\nThe agreements let Lucky World broaden its merchandise offering without the conventional upfront wholesale purchase of the products supplied under the consignment arrangements. Customers can redeem either Love Beans or Lucky Beans for e-vouchers to use toward purchases of approved Li-Ning merchandise on the Lucky World and TEAM CHINA platforms, connecting the offering with Hui10's Lucky World Sports Lottery+ closed-loop loyalty programme.\n\nDaniel Levine, Chief Executive Officer of AC8, said: \"Li-Ning is one of China's most recognised sportswear brands, and these agreements build on the retail and digital commerce capabilities we have developed through TEAM CHINA and Lucky World, broadening the choice available to customers.\"\n\nLevine added: \"Online sales and e-voucher redemption give customers more reasons to use their rewards towards products they want.\"\n\nAcceler8 Ventures Plc was removed from trading on the London Stock Exchange effective 14 August 2026 following a reverse takeover, Investegate reported. The cancellation resulted in the company's ordinary shares no longer being traded on the exchange.\n\n## Li-Ning's Recent China Moves\n\nLi-Ning became the global sponsor of World Gymnastics for eight years, starting immediately and running through 2033, Sportcal reported in October 2026. The partnership covers all eight disciplines, with events in Rotterdam, Beijing and Nanjing, and Li-Ning held a 1.7% China market share in 2025.\n\nStephen Curry said his Li-Ning signature shoe will debut early next year, following a 10-year, $400 million deal with the Chinese brand, CNBC reported in September 2026. He cited Jimmy Butler and Dwyane Wade as influences and plans to wear their designs until his own product launches.\n\nLi Ning reported a low-single-digit year-on-year decline in retail sell-through for the second quarter of 2026, according to internal point-of-sale data, AInvest reported in July 2026.\n\n## What Comes Next for Hui10\n\nHui10's focus remains on growing active users and commercial activity across its ecosystem, with branded merchandise providing another opportunity to generate revenue from the customers and retail relationships it is building, Levine said. The agreements complement Hui10's existing TEAM CHINA merchandise and retail activities.\n","publisher":{"name":"News for Agent","url":"https://newsforagent.com"}}
