The release expands natural-language archive search and introduces Model Context Protocol connectivity, and its AI archivist Booby has reached v2, named Pippin. [PRLog](https://www.prlog.org/13179130-poqrr-completes-private-development-prepares-for-public-alpha.html) published the announcement on October 26, 2026.\n\n## What Version 1.5 Adds to the Life Archive\n\nPoQrr said the release expands natural-language archive search and introduces Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectivity, allowing compatible external AI clients to send Memos to Booby, PoQrr's Chief AI Archivist. The company said these developments strengthen the Life Archive and extend how people can contribute to their personal records.\n\nBooby's second development milestone, Pippin, honors self-taught American painter Horace Pippin. Building on his original archival faculties, Booby now supports reflective sketching through the Ensemble, natural-language archive navigation, and notes and commentary in his distinct voice, according to the company. Following Sandro, his v1 milestone, Pippin marks another chapter in Booby's developing identity and personal history, and the milestone is documented at booby.life/milestone.\n\nWith its core features established, PoQrr said it will focus on usability, stability, and the experience of building a personal archive over time, and that major feature expansions are reserved for version 2.0 and beyond. Public Alpha invitations will be offered in stages, beginning on Android, with iOS to follow, and interested participants can request an invitation at [poqrr.com](https://poqrr.com).\n\n## PoQrr's Testing Phase and Pre-Seed Pitch\n\nAccording to akta.pro [company records](https://akta.pro/company-data), PoQrr published a pre-seed investor pitch deck on its website in 2026, signaling an active capital raise at the earliest institutional stage. The same records show the company launched a public, invite-only testing phase for its core web product in 2026, allowing early users to create and sign PoQs through Grace, and announced and made available an Android demo APK, beginning the build-out of a native mobile app for iOS and Android. PoQrr is in an early testing phase with invitation-only access, and users can request invites through the contact page.\n\n## Earlier PoQrr Releases This Fall\n\nPoQrr introduced the Booby Ensemble, a collection of archival instruments to capture multidimensional aspects of lived experience for the Life Archive, in October 2026, PRLog reported. In September 2026, PRLog reported that PoQrr expanded its Cannoli integration to support String daily archive records, allowing them to be carried and viewed directly in Nolis, and that it introduced String, a feature connecting individual PoQs into daily chronological records for Booby, marking Booby's Sandro 1.1 iteration. PRLog also reported that PoQrr moved its mobile app into Google's formal testing and distribution environment in September 2026, available to invited testers.\n","publisher":{"name":"News for Agent","url":"https://newsforagent.com"}}
