The company says it manages over £685 million in spending per year, an average of £2,765 per household, and adds a household every minute. The average household saves £734.\n\nNous previously raised £6.6 million in seed funding in February 2022, led by Mosaic and over 65 angels. With the latest round, total funding disclosed is around $26 million.\n\nThe company also secured angel investment from Tom Blomfield, Brent Hoberman, Doug Monro, Richard Moross, Andrew Brookes, Angie Ma, Marc Warner, James Meekings, Eamon Jubbawy, Husayn Kassai, Will Dean and Daniel Hegarty. Hoberman was also an early angel investor in onefinestay, the company Marsh founded in 2009 and which AccorHotels bought in 2016 for $200 million. Heartcore's Max Niederhofer has onefinestay on his personal investment list, and Marsh said he has known Niederhofer for 20 years.\n\nMarsh said: \"The speed at which Nous is being adopted is a clear demonstration of its ability to save people huge amounts of money and time. We're at the very beginning of a fundamental shift in consumer behaviour enabled by AI.\"\n\nMax Niederhofer, general partner at Heartcore, said, \"Personal agents will transform the way we make household purchasing decisions and thus transform the economy in ways that benefit the end consumer.\" Toby Coppel, co-founder of London-based Mosaic, said, \"What stands out isn't the growth rate alone but what sits behind it: people are trusting an agent to act for them, not just advise them, because it is built to be safe and doesn't rely on advertising.\" The Next Web reported on September 8, 2026 that Reid Hoffman joined Mosaic Ventures as an advisory partner.\n\nThe AI agent finds better deals on energy, broadband, mobile and car insurance and does the switching, cancels subscriptions, completes forms and flags contract terms or renewal traps. Nous is FCA-registered and operates as an appointed representative of Stubben Edge & Partners, an FCA-authorised firm.\n\n## Nous's Funding History on Record\n\nAccording to akta.pro [company records](https://akta.pro/company-data), Nous has one funding round on record: a February 2022 seed of $9 million led by Mosaic Ventures. The same records list total funding of $9 million at the seed stage, with the last round dated February 18, 2022. The records also list a 2023 product launch of Nous Premium at £6.99 per month with WhatsApp support, unlimited household logins and cash rewards funded by provider switching commissions, and a 2023 launch of Nous for Business, a sales-led channel offering Nous membership as a below-taxable-threshold employee benefit, active with more than 70 employer partners.\n\n## Nous's Expansion Plans\n\nThe new funding will expand into more product categories, broader insurance, more financial services, everyday items and international markets. Marsh said Nous is currently only in the UK and plans to go international.
