## How Field Clarity Guides Civilian Reports

Field Clarity is designed to help community members submit reports to their local law enforcement agencies using DORS through step-by-step instructions. The conversational interface prompts a user, such as a driver, to scan a driver's license, capture a VIN or record a short walkaround video explaining what happened during an incident, while capturing the data needed to complete the report. Reports feed directly into an agency's Record Management System.

DORS allows each law enforcement agency to collect information directly from civilians on more than 200 incident types based on the needs of their community. DORS with Field Clarity is available through LexisNexis Command Center, a single access point to the LexisNexis Coplogic Solutions data and analytics suite that includes BuyCrash, eCrash and eCitation.
