Panchsheel Organics Limited has approved an application to list its entire equity share capital on the National Stock Exchange Main Board through the Direct Listing Route, the company said. The board took the decision by circular resolution dated October 24, 2026, according to ScanX.
Panchsheel Organics' NSE Direct Listing Decision
The application covers the company's entire issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital. Panchsheel Organics is currently listed on the BSE, and the move expands its trading presence beyond that exchange. The Mumbai-based bulk drugs and formulations manufacturer must secure all requisite approvals, permissions and clearances from the NSE and other concerned authorities before the listing can be finalized. The proposed listing is also contingent on adherence to applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Kishor Abhaychand Turakhia, Managing Director of Panchsheel Organics, signed the filing submitted to BSE Limited on October 24, 2026. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The direct listing route provides a mechanism for companies to list shares without raising fresh capital, offering existing shareholders a broader platform for liquidity.
