What VideoPaw 11 Changes for Mac Users
Cisdem said VideoPaw for Mac lets users download, convert, compress, edit and merge videos, record screens, webcam footage and audio, and rip DVDs and Blu-rays through dedicated modules. Version 11.0.0 addresses download issues on newer macOS versions and makes all modules more stable, the company said.
The Home screen now provides access to VideoPaw's multimedia modules, and the software switches between Light and Dark Mode based on the macOS appearance setting. The Video Downloader accepts multiple video URLs pasted directly into the module without a separate dialog, lets users choose video or audio before downloading, and supports signing in to supported websites inside VideoPaw for downloads that require authentication. The update also fixes downloading issues on newer macOS versions and improves live stream downloading.
The Video Editor supports multiple videos in one workspace and exports them in a unified format, and the Trim tool supports multiple trim segments within a video that can be merged into a single video. The device list now includes the iPhone Duo, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Cisdem said the release improves speed and stability across key modules, with faster video and disc processing and more reliable audio recording in Screen Recorder.
"We wanted to make VideoPaw easier to use while addressing some of the issues Mac users have encountered," said JK Tam, Head of Multimedia Product Development at Cisdem. "Our team has worked on both the interface and the underlying functionality to make everyday video tasks more convenient and dependable."
