It has a total gross floor area of approximately 30,000 square metres, with a podium extending above and below ground for parking and retail. A seven-storey residential building with 98 rental apartments and a seven-storey office building of approximately 5,200 square metres of gross floor area will sit on top of the podium. The office building will be certified to BREEAM Excellent and achieve Energy Performance Certificate Class A.
