Curran Young Builds Turnleaf Amenities

Curran Young Construction is a construction management and general contracting firm serving Southwest Florida, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Bonita Springs. The project combines concrete and block construction with wood and steel structural components. Exteriors will feature stone veneer, stucco and fiber cement siding, along with flat concrete tile and standing seam metal roofing. Exposed heavy timber decorative trusses add a distinctive architectural element across the project.

"Shared spaces play an important role in turning a collection of homes into a connected community," said Chris Curran, chief executive officer of Curran Young. "What stands out about Turnleaf is the decision to create several purpose-built spaces rather than place every amenity under one roof. It gives residents different places to cross paths, spend time outdoors and connect with their neighbors as the community grows."

Turnleaf is a 426-acre mixed-use master-planned community with 1,735 homesites, being developed by GreenPointe Holdings. Set within a Community Development District, it offers a Southwest Florida setting with interconnected trails, planned amenities and access to the Gulf Coast. Curran Young is partnering with GreenPointe Holdings, which leads the overall development of the community, and South Florida Architecture, which led the design on the project. GreenPointe Holdings promoted Ben Meyers to Project Manager for the South Florida region in October 2026, according to PRLog.
