Dock Kim's Role and Prior Work at Moloco
Kim brings nearly three decades of industry experience, including over seven years at Moloco, one of mobile's best-known ad platforms. He was at the helm of go-to-market through Moloco's main years of growth, leading the company's revenue teams, then overseeing supply partnerships. In that time, Kim gained a view of the machine learning mechanics behind programmatic performance.
"Advanced machine learning with robust scale is central to how our campaigns perform, and Dock knows how to explain that to buyers in a way they can act on," said Boris Abaev, CEO of Bidease. "He's built revenue teams across regions at global scale, and that's exactly what we need for this stage of growth."
Kim joins as Bidease's growth accelerates. The platform now serves more than 650 million ad impressions daily for advertisers worldwide, alongside a growing SDK business. Bidease has twice been named to the Financial Times' list of The Americas' Fastest-Growing Companies.
Kim's priorities include growing revenue in North America, increasing traction in app categories including gaming, shopping and fintech, and accelerating the company's global expansion, strengthening its footholds in EMEA and emerging markets.
"Marketers worldwide are looking for a DSP they can trust with growth—and Bidease is delivering, backed by smart talent and massive momentum," said Kim. "My job is to scale what's working and bring Bidease to more partners, especially in high-growth markets."
Bidease's Funding and Product Record

In 2025 the company formalized its GDPR and IAB TCF 2.2 compliance posture with an appointed Data Protection Officer.
