ResinTech is a family-owned global manufacturer of ion exchange resins used in water and wastewater filtration. The company has described its Camden plant as the first U.S. Facility in more than 30 years to produce ion exchange resins. As a fair-chance employer, ResinTech provides residents with criminal records a pathway to stable, local employment, and it has committed to a Community Benefits Agreement with the City of Camden. "With NJCC's investment, ResinTech will expand manufacturing in Camden, create more than 100 local jobs, and increase production of critical water treatment solutions, including PFAS removal," said Jeff Gottlieb, CEO of ResinTech. Bernel Hall, President & CEO of NJCC, said, "A company that hires fairly and puts down roots in Camden is the kind of partner whose impact lasts. We are glad to support its next stage of growth."

NJCC, founded in 1987, is a nonprofit community development financial institution.
