France's Four Regulators Push Exchange Liability
France's Treasury, the AMF, the Banque de France and the ACPR sent the joint plan to the EU, Cointelegraph reported on October 21. It asks that exchanges be held liable when they give users access to DeFi apps. It also asks the EU to lower the 15 million daily user mark for a big exchange. Unchained names the same four bodies and adds that DeFi apps could carry checks lasting 3 years. It is only a proposal. The EU's report on MiCA changes is due June 30, 2027.
Pepeto's Bridge and Exchange Run Today
Pepeto removes the middleman from moving coins between chains. Both its exchange and its bridge already run today, and its raise is past $11.2 million. Your tokens lock in an audited contract on the first chain, and once proof of that lock is checked on chain, the same tokens appear on the new chain. The bridge fee is $0, and a transfer takes under 60 seconds, with one shown at 41 seconds. It links Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base and Arbitrum. On the same platform, PepetoSwap lets you trade with a 0.00% fee. Each token sells for $0.0000001902 today, a price that steps up whenever a stage ends. Holders can stake now and claim their rewards at listing, with a Binance listing approaching.
Pepeto's Presale Run Through October
On October 20, TechBullion reported that Revolut won a Gibraltar crypto licence on October 19, adding to its 16 million crypto users, while Pepeto had raised over $11.2 million. On October 21, TechBullion reported that Arbitrum holders vote by October 22 to add 100M ARB to stablecoin rewards, while the Pepeto presale had raised over $11.2 million. On October 21, TechBullion reported that Binance will raise SHIB's collateral ratio to 60% on October 23, up from 50%, and that analysts project a 100x return for Pepeto.
