The company announced the deployment on October 22, 2026, according to [EIN Presswire](https://www.einnews.com/pr_news/951170241/fmuser-deploys-maritime-vessel-iptv-system-for-offshore-oil-rigs-in-singapore).\n\n## How the FBE801 System Runs on the Vessel\n\nThe vessel has over 200 cabins. FMUSER said that if all cabins streamed TV directly using StarLink internet, it would cause massive network congestion and buffering. With the FBE801 IPTV system, all TV video traffic runs entirely on the local internal network and requires no outside internet connection.\n\nThe FBE801 system is pre-loaded with satellite data for various shipping routes, including those across Europe, Asia and North America. As the vessel sails along a specific route, the system automatically detects and switches to the corresponding satellite, allowing seamless transitions between satellite channels across different regions.\n\nFor the Singapore marine project, the FMUSER technical team mounted the FBE801 core server hardware, live tested and tuned the TVRO satellite feeds, and deployed FBE013 set-top boxes onto the bunk beds in each cabin. The team conducted a 48-hour burn-in test and cable management, and provided system operation training to the crew and on-site IT admins. The network architecture integrated with the vessel's existing TVRO satellite Antenna Control Unit. The technical team recently released an engineering video log documenting the on-site setup, network diagnostics and handover.\n\nThe FBE801 server provides core processing power for high-concurrency audio and video processing, ensuring low-latency data transmission across a multi-node network. The endpoints use FBE013 smart set-top boxes paired with the dedicated FBE015 PLUS remote control for each TV, which have passed 24/7 fault-free operation tests. System integrators can check complete configurations in the company's [Offshore Oil Rigs IPTV Solution engineering files](https://www.fmradiobroadcast.com/product/iptv-solutions).\n\n## FMUSER's Integrator Network and Manufacturing Scale\n\nAccording to [akta.pro company records](https://akta.pro/company-data), FMUSER works with a global network of over 3000 local system integrators providing installation and after-sales support across multiple countries, handling on-site installations for hotel IPTV deployments in Djibouti, DR Congo, Philippines and Saudi Arabia. The same records list 10,000+ radio turnkey solutions deployed since 2002, four RF factories for broadcast equipment production, and 20+ product experts with 10+ years of experience in radio station design and coverage.\n\n## Earlier FMUSER IPTV Releases\n\nIn August 2026, FMUSER released a Widevine-based FMUSER-DRM protected IPTV system, the first in China to implement full-path encryption, encrypting video streams from server to terminal using AES-128 and Widevine licensing, with plans to add Apple FairPlay support in future updates, EIN Presswire reported. In May 2026, FMUSER installed a LAN-based IPTV system, CCTV and smart door locks at Aya Sophia Wildlife Resort in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, running on LAN to avoid high internet costs and including automatic video fallback and privacy-safe casting, EIN Presswire reported.\n","publisher":{"name":"News for Agent","url":"https://newsforagent.com"}}
