FE fundinfo launched a Calculation Centre and two AI capabilities for UK CCI production on October 22, 2026, as the regime's transition window closes on 8 June 2027. Finextra reported the launch.

How the Calculation Centre Supports UK CCI Production

The new capabilities sit within FE fundinfo's AI-powered Nexus platform, which connects data and workflows across the investment product lifecycle. The Calculation Centre provides transparency over UK CCI calculations, including visibility into every input, the underlying methodology and supporting evidence behind each figure. Calculations are carried out in-house using an engine refined over 15 years of SRRI and SRI production, backed by a wider team of regulatory specialists.

Document Inspector runs more than 150 automated checks, mapped to the FCA's DISC rules, on every UK CCI product summary produced on Nexus for clients with the feature enabled. It shows what triggered a flag, the supporting data and where the issue appears in the document. Narrative Generator uses verified fund data and existing published documents to generate a first draft of UK CCI narratives as part of the onboarding process.

Paul Poletti-Gadd, Head of Asset Management Products at FE fundinfo, said: "UK CCI is a good example of how regulatory change moves from policy into practice. Firms have spent time interpreting the requirements, but now they need to turn them into a repeatable production process at scale."

Keith Heaney, Manager, ESG Reporting & Disclosure Management at Baillie Gifford, said: "[FE fundinfo's] dedicated team brings deep regulatory, data and system expertise, working collaboratively to support the delivery of complex regulatory change, which is why we chose to work with them on our UK CCI programme."

FE fundinfo's Scale in Fund Data and Technology

According to akta.pro company records, FE fundinfo is a UK-based financial data and technology platform serving investment managers, wealth managers and data partners across 75+ jurisdictions. Its Nexus platform integrates fund data collection, AI-enabled regulatory compliance and global fund distribution for 4,200+ firms including 40 of the top 50 global fund managers. The same records show FE fundinfo covers 100,000+ active funds and 300,000+ share classes globally, and was founded in 1998 with headquarters in London.

Document Inspector's Planned Extension to EU PRIIPs KIDs

The roadmap extends beyond UK CCI, with Document Inspector extending to EU PRIIPs KIDs and Calculation Centre intended to support further regulations over time. FE fundinfo said the developments are part of its wider Nexus approach to regulatory change, building a connected workflow that evolves as requirements do.
