CapitalSage House Opens in Ibadan

The official launch and headquarters opening at CapitalSage House on Kenneth Dike, Secretariat Road, beside the Customs Office, Ibadan, is a strictly by-invitation, closed event. Expected at the launch are the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, along with the group's brand ambassadors, industry stakeholders, business leaders and partners.

The exhibition runs from October 29 to 31, 2026, opening at 10:00 a.m. daily, and will showcase the group's operations across financial services, agribusiness, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, transportation, e-commerce and healthcare. CapitalSage's Fintech and Agribusiness Scale

CapitalSage Holdings is a Nigerian private conglomerate operating fintech through Kolomoni microfinance and payment processing, agribusiness through 45,000 MT cocoa processing under Johnvents, and healthcare through Best Western Hospitals, according to akta.pro company records. The same records list more than 10 million users onboarded across its fintech platforms and more than 10,000 merchants, agents and businesses empowered by its fintech technology.

The group raised $4 million through a Series 1 Private Company Notes issuance under a N10 billion program advised by United Capital Plc, making CapitalSage the first fintech company listed on Nigeria's private markets platform. In October 2025 the group appointed Nath Ude, a 30-year banking veteran and former CEO of Nova Merchant Bank, as Group CEO to lead African expansion of the financial services arm.

What Follows the Launch

The exhibition closes on October 31, 2026, after three days at CapitalSage House. The group's own announcement lists the launch as a closed event and the exhibition as open to entrepreneurs, farmers, investors, professionals, customers and members of the public.
