Seapines AI Releases ReelLife Hockey v1.3.0 Beta With Goalie Highlights Feature

Seapines AI released ReelLife Hockey v1.3.0 beta, adding Goalie highlights that build a skill reel from saves, rebounds, and goals against, the company said. The Toronto company announced the release on October 21, 2026, according to PRLog.

How Goalie Highlights Builds a Skill Reel

ReelLife Hockey turns full game recordings into shareable MP4 reels by finding goals, saves, and other big plays on-device. Version 1.2.0 added Highlight Focus with All highlights and Team highlights. Version 1.3.0 adds Goalie highlights, which favors saves, rebounds, goals against that goalie, and related crease plays.

As with Team highlights, My team picks the side by jersey look, darker versus lighter when the teams separate clearly, or less colorful versus more colorful when both jerseys look similar in brightness, not by jersey numbers. Users can still switch between All highlights and Team highlights after a game is analyzed and re-cut the open reel instantly. Switching to or from Goalie highlights asks for confirmation, then rebuilds the reel from detections already saved when those are available, usually without scanning the whole video again. The same Focus controls appear in Settings and on the Media screen while reviewing moments.

Goalie highlights and Team highlights are Pro features; during the beta, full Pro remains free, so testers can try them without being billed. "Parents and coaches already wanted team-focused reels — now they can build one around their goalie's night," said Jimmy Lo, Founder of Seapines AI. "Goalie highlights pulls saves, rebounds, and goals against into a skill reel using how the jerseys look on camera, without sending footage to the cloud."
