Corvenia has converted its pilot project with the Norwegian industrial group Seagarden into a commercial agreement, making Seagarden a paying customer, Beyond Frames Entertainment AB (publ) announced on October 21, 2026. The value of the agreement is not being disclosed, and Beyond Frames will report any financial impact as part of its regular financial reporting, news.cision.com said.

Corvenia's Platform Goes Live at Seagarden

Corvenia's AI-based platform is now live at Seagarden, which generated revenue of approximately NOK 260 million in 2025. The group comprises seven legal entities and has offices in Norway, Denmark, France and Singapore. Seagarden is an international producer of marine ingredients for food, nutrition and health products, and it uses the platform to automate consolidation and financial reporting and to provide a unified view of operations across company and national borders.

Following completion of the pilot, Seagarden has transitioned to live use of the platform in its day-to-day operations to streamline financial reporting and analysis. The solution replaces previous manual processes in which information was compiled from the RamBase business system, Excel and PowerPoint, and it gives group management a unified, traceable view of operations without requiring existing accounting systems to be replaced.

"The pilot phase is complete, and Seagarden is now a regular customer. This is exactly the transition we are building Corvenia to enable: from testing to agreements that generate cash flow," said Bård Myrstad, CEO of Corvenia. "Turning a pilot into an actual agreement confirms that we are on the right track."

Bernt Olav Røttingsnes, CFO of Seagarden, said automated consolidation of the group's accounts, with the ability to make IFRS adjustments, was one of the main reasons for seeking a new solution. "With Corvenia, we produce reports in the same platform we use to work with our data," he said.

Beyond Frames Entertainment, listed on Spotlight Stock Market under the ticker BEYOND, announced a letter of intent on 18 September 2026 regarding a potential reverse acquisition of Corvenia. Completion of the transaction is subject to several conditions and is not yet assured. Corvenia is headquartered in Stockholm and has an office in Oslo.
