Amazonas and Miranda Lead ONErpm's New Hubs
Amazonas was previously chief of staff for ONErpm in Brazil, and Miranda was previously the company's director for Asia, according to the company. The hubs will coordinate the development and promotion of artists gaining traction locally and globally across multiple territories, while local teams continue to handle artist relationships and campaign execution in their own markets.
The global specialty hubs include Paid Media, led by Will Sword, and DSPs, led by George D'Errico, now global head of streaming partnerships. Jenna LoMonaco is now SVP, international marketing, and Jorge Amaya joins as a new hire leading YouTube marketing. Caroline Abs, a new hire ONErpm describes as a veteran label exec, will be responsible for several hubs, as well as institutional marketing and PR. Those hubs include Design, led by Tim Kin, Social Media, led by Camila Cesar, and Studios, led by Natalia Mercatti.
Casey Childers leads the US hub with the new title VP, digital strategy US, Latin America, Aus/NZ, Jamaica. Andrés Graff Navarro, formerly head of marketing, Mexico, leads the LATAM hub. Mariane Correa leads Brazil and Lusophone territories, Aleksandr Shanin leads Russia and Eastern Europe, and Blessing Manafa leads Europe and Africa. A lead for the APAC hub has yet to be named.
"We've proven our ability to disrupt local markets around the globe," Miranda said. "Now, we're taking aim at the legacy mindset that limits independent artists to regional success."
ONErpm's Scale and Earlier Leadership Moves
