How the Sports Sanitizers Partnership Works
Sports Sanitizers, led by founder and CEO Marcus Taylor, offers commercial janitorial cleaning, industrial cleaning, post-construction cleaning and commercial floor care. The company said on-demand pay adds a layer of support by helping employees manage expenses between paychecks.
"Building services professionals help maintain the environments where people work, learn and conduct their daily lives," said Express Wages Founder and CEO Alfred Milan. "Partnering with Sports Sanitizers gives us an opportunity to provide a meaningful benefit to the people doing this valuable work."
Milan added: "Sports Sanitizers understands that taking care of their employees is an important part of taking care of their clients. Having the option to access wages they've already earned can help ease some of the financial pressures employees often face between paydays."
Express Wages provides employer-integrated on-demand pay solutions, giving frontline workers access to a portion of earned wages before payday. The company said its plug-and-play solution is offered at no cost to employers. Express Wages is based in Delaware and headquartered in Memphis.
