Cloud-Clone Releases Validated Antibodies for 97 Hippo, TGF-β/BMP and WNT Targets

By ·

Key takeaways

  • Cloud-Clone's new reagent suite covers 97 targets spanning Hippo, TGF-β/BMP and WNT pathway nodes.
  • The antibodies support quantitative Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence co-localisation and flow cytometry.
  • Validation covers human, mouse, rat, porcine and bovine samples, with AF488- and FITC-conjugated secondary antibodies for co-localisation work.

Cloud-Clone Corp. released validated antibodies covering 97 targets across the Hippo, TGF-β/BMP and WNT signalling pathways, the company said on October 20, 2026. The reagent suite is designed for mechanistic studies of multi-pathway crosstalk, according to the announcement published by EIN Presswire.

What the 97-Target Antibody Suite Covers

The portfolio includes core Hippo molecules YAP, TAZ, MST and LATS, along with TGF-β/BMP targets TGFB1/2/3, SMAD1-4 and BMP2/4/6/7. WNT regulatory proteins in the suite include WNT1/3A/4/11, CTNNB1, AXIN1/2 and the FZD family.

All antibodies have undergone multi-platform validation, supporting quantitative Western blot on cell lysates, immunohistochemical localisation in tissue sections, immunofluorescence co-localisation and flow-cytometry-based protein quantification. For co-localisation assays, AF488- and FITC-conjugated secondary antibodies pair with pathway-specific primary antibodies, allowing researchers to label YAP and β-catenin in the same cell and visualise their nuclear co-localisation.

Flow cytometry supports parallel quantification of multiple pathway proteins and is compatible with Luminex and CBA multiplex assays. The antibodies are validated for human, mouse, rat, porcine, bovine and other model organisms. Monoclonal antibodies are positioned for flow cytometry and quantitative Western blot, while polyclonal antibodies target low-abundance proteins in tissue samples. Matching recombinant proteins and ELISA kits are also available.

SuKi Duan of Cloud-Clone Corp. Wuhan is named as the contact for the announcement.

Cloud-Clone's Reagent Scale and Distribution

Cloud-Clone maintains a global distributor network for its research reagents, with distribution across multiple countries including the United States, United Kingdom, France and Japan, according to akta.pro company records. The same records show the company's products have supported over 42,000 SCI-indexed publications as of end-2025, and its proprietary antibody library exceeds 27,000 validated targets. Cloud-Clone offers over 560 types of primary cells through its integrated primary cell culture system.

Earlier Cloud-Clone Reagent Launches

Cloud-Clone launched canine and feline primary cell libraries for veterinary research on October 19, 2026, covering nervous, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, digestive, respiratory, urinary and skin systems, EIN Presswire reported. On the same date, the company announced bead-based multiplex kits that measure up to 100 protein targets from 25 μL of sample.

On September 22, 2026, Cloud-Clone released a 13-plex bone-metabolism detection panel using Luminex technology to quantify 13 biomarkers across six dimensions, requiring 25 μL of sample, EIN Presswire reported.

Where to Find the Antibody Portfolio

Cloud-Clone lists the Hippo pathway-related targets and their catalogue numbers in the product announcement on its own website.
