VSBLTY ships mesh-connected AI edge device for law enforcement and defense

By ·

Key takeaways

  • VSBLTY Edge runs four camera feeds simultaneously on an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX delivering 100 TOPS of AI inference.
  • Production units ship before year-end 2026, with deployments or evaluations in India, the Philippines, the GCC, the United States and Africa.
  • The platform is air-gapped, with mesh-connected nodes coordinated by an on-premises AirBrij Cloud over VPN-secured links.

VSBLTY Groupe Technologies Corp. announced production delivery of an AI edge computing platform co-developed with AirBrij Technology under a Joint Development Agreement, with production units shipping before year-end 2026. The company said VSBLTY Edge eliminates cloud dependency for real-time threat detection, surveillance analytics and operational intelligence in law enforcement, smart city and defense environments. The announcement was distributed by Business Wire.

What VSBLTY Edge Does and Where It Ships

VSBLTY Edge is a ruggedized platform engineered to run VSBLTY's full AI software stack, including perception, multi-sensor fusion, data provenance and truth verification, and analytics, simultaneously across four camera feeds at the point of data collection. It is powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX delivering 100 TOPS of AI inference, and processes weapons detection, facial recognition, crowd analytics, license plate recognition and behavioral anomaly detection in real time within an IP-rated enclosure designed for pole-mount deployment in temperatures from -20°C to +50°C.

AirBrij Smart Networking provides device management, data management, telemetry and security for AI execution at the edge of the network. Each unit operates as a mesh-connected node in a distributed compute fabric, enabling city-scale deployments where hundreds of edge devices coordinate autonomously with an on-premises, secure instance of AirBrij Cloud. All communication between edge devices and central servers is certificated and secure with native VPN support.

VSBLTY Edge is being deployed or evaluated in India and the Philippines for law enforcement and public safety surveillance; at critical energy infrastructure in the GCC for perimeter security and counter-UAS detection; in the United States for weapons detection and behavioral analytics for defense and commercial enterprise; and across Africa. Manufacturing scalability is established through North American and international contract manufacturing, including domestic production in India.

Jay Hutton, CEO of VSBLTY Groupe Technologies, said, "The edge is where AI becomes real. Our customers: law enforcement, defense agencies, critical infrastructure operators, cannot send sensitive video to the cloud. They need AI that runs where the cameras are, processes threats in milliseconds, and keeps data sovereign."

David Shoup, CEO of AirBrij Technology, added, "We built AirBrij to solve a problem the industry has ignored; edge computing devices that are genuinely field-ready for the harshest environments."

VSBLTY's Earlier Edge and Defense Moves

According to akta.pro company records, VSBLTY signed a binding Letter of Intent with Brightside Group S.A. in April 2026 to deploy integrated AI and sovereign satellite infrastructure across the Philippines for defense, public safety and critical infrastructure. The same records show an initial deployment of the Sovereign Intelligence Core multi-sensor defense platform with a U.S. defense customer, via CRS Inc., valued at approximately $2.5 million and covering counter-drone, early-warning and critical infrastructure protection. VSBLTY also commercially launched the V.Next multi-sensor counter-drone platform for the GCC defense market, fusing radar, acoustic, camera and RF sensors and processing threats in under 5 milliseconds at the edge.

How VSBLTY Reached This Launch

In October 2026, VSBLTY Groupe Technologies Corp. announced that the British Columbia Securities Commission revoked its cease trade order, and trading of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange resumed on October 6, 2026, Stock Titan reported. In April 2026, VSBLTY and Brightside Group S.A. signed a binding Letter of Intent to integrate AI-powered edge intelligence with sovereign satellite infrastructure in the Philippines, according to Pluang.

Availability

Production units ship before year-end 2026, and VSBLTY Edge is being sold as part of VSBLTY's integrated family of solutions.
