Innovapte Adds Multi-Level Approval Process to InnoVIA for SAP Invoice Sign-Offs

Innovapte added a multi-level approval process to its InnoVIA invoice automation tool, routing invoices through multiple users and teams based on each organization's approval hierarchy. The Canadian SAP Silver Partner said the capability is available now in InnoVIA, which is sold on the SAP Store. PRLog published the announcement on October 19, 2026.

How the InnoVIA Approval Workflow Routes Invoices

InnoVIA automatically reads and routes vendor invoices in PDF, Excel or Word format for approval, flags errors and discrepancies early, and integrates with SAP. The new capability extends this to organizations that require multiple sign-offs or cross-department coordination before an invoice can be cleared. Each invoice moves through the right reviewers in the right order, so nothing stalls or gets missed, according to the company.

The feature also supports audit-readiness. InnoVIA keeps digital records of the approval trail, making it easier to retrieve information for audits and compliance checks. InnoVIA is designed for SAP-centric environments, including organizations running SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and integrates with existing SAP workflows with minimal IT burden.

Innovapte's SAP Partner Record and Prior Launches
