Finovox has launched an ROI measurement capability that connects fraud decisions with their financial impact, the fraud-detection specialist said. The tool monitors avoided losses and operational efficiencies inside the company's reporting environment. Finextra published the announcement on October 19, 2026.

How the Finovox ROI Tool Works

Finovox said many organisations still rely on manual spreadsheets to judge whether fraud-prevention investments are paying off, which adds administrative work for their teams. The new capability lets organisations connect fraud decisions with their financial impact and track the evolution of avoided losses and operational efficiencies directly within its reporting environment.

A study carried out by Finovox with polling institute Selvitys estimated that fraudulent documents can represent approximately 3% of document flows in banking and 5% in insurance, with an estimated value of around €5,000 per fraud case in banking and €500 in insurance. Finovox also said investigating a suspicious case manually can take approximately one hour, compared with around three minutes using its new investigation tool.

"You can't effectively tackle a problem if you don't understand how much it is costing your business. Fraud is no different. Yet many companies still struggle to quantify its true financial and operational impact. Our new ROI tool is designed to change that, giving businesses a clear view of the losses they are preventing and the value their fraud-prevention efforts are creating," said Marc de Beaucorps, Co-founder and CEO of Finovox.

Finovox's Funding and Customer Base

According to akta.pro company records, Finovox closed an €8.2 million Series A funding round in June 2026 led by Zurich-based fintech specialist TX Ventures, with participation from Auriga Cyber Ventures II, MTech Capital, Start Ventures, Force Over Mass, FDJ UNITED Ventures, and existing investors Blast Club and Groupe IMA. The same records list more than 70 active customers across 15 countries as of 2025/2026 and more than 10 million documents analyzed per year across the platform.

Finovox's Expansion and Partnerships

In June 2026, Finovox signed a strategic integration partnership with Arondor to embed its fraud detection into Tungsten TotalAgility and ABBYY Vantage document processing projects, according to akta.pro company records. In May 2026, Finovox announced its expansion into the United Kingdom, building on an established presence in France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Spain, Identity Week reported. In June 2026, Finovox raised €8.2 million in a Series A led by TX Ventures to expand its document-fraud detection platform across Europe, Maddyness reported.
