CTSI-Global has introduced a touchless workflow for freight invoice processing through its APAC Operations in Singapore, automating capture, coding, approval and ERP integration for global shippers. The company announced the offering on October 19, 2026, according to EIN Presswire. CTSI-Global processes $32 billion in transportation spend annually.

How the Singapore Hub Automates Freight Invoices

CTSI-Global said its APAC Operations in Singapore provides local experts who understand the structure of global enterprises and the supply chain management needs of each client. The workflow automates the capture, coding, approval and ERP integration of freight spend, which the company said reduces administrative workload, improves efficiency and accelerates financial visibility.

Lucille Lepez, Vice President of APAC and EMEA Operations, has been with CTSI-Global for 16 years. "At CTSI-Global, we go beyond audit and validation. We transform carrier invoices into ERP-ready transactions," Lepez said.

Lepez said the role of a freight audit and payment provider has evolved from validating invoices against contracted rate cards to supporting clients' intelligence, sourcing and forecasting needs. She said providers are also expected to integrate with logistics, ERP and payment platforms, code invoices, and adapt to compliance and business requirements in different regions.

"Our solutions deliver a touchless workflow that automates the capture, coding, approval, and ERP integration of freight spend, significantly reducing administrative workload, improving efficiency, and accelerating financial visibility," Lepez said.

By integrating client systems with the CTSI-Global network of global operations, organizations get a single scalable solution with centralized visibility, standardized controls and consistent service delivery across regions, the company said. Freight invoice compliance management covers e-invoicing, taxes such as GST, VAT and WHT, tax reporting mandates and corporate governance.

CTSI-Global's Platform Scale and Partner Integrations

According to akta.pro company records, CTSI-Global launched a dedicated Parcel Spend Management division in 2025, extending its freight audit expertise into B2B parcel optimization with claimed 19% average savings. The same records show a network of more than 20,000 carriers integrated into the platform for freight audit, payment and transportation management services, and more than 28,000 carriers supported across its global freight payment and audit network. The platform processes more than 5 million transactions daily.
