Eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand can each apply for up to $30,000 of shares at the same price under the share purchase plan. The issue price represents a 13% discount to the last traded price of $0.069 and a 7.8% discount to the five-day volume weighted average price of $0.065.\n\nMajority shareholder Idemitsu Lindfield, which holds 33.86% equity, has committed to subscribing for up to 11.56 million placement shares, or approximately $694,059, the maximum allowed to retain its current equity interest after the raisings. Substantial shareholder Gerhard Redelinghuys and Stanmore Resources non-executive director Matt Latimore are also electing to increase their shareholding. Redelinghuys was appointed a non-executive director to the CMG board this week; he founded Bowen Coking Coal in 2016 and stepped down as chief executive officer in 2023.\n\nCritical Minerals chairman Alan Broome said Redelinghuys' perspective would be valuable to the company as it evaluates opportunities to advance its strategy and pursue disciplined growth.\n\n## Lindfield DFS Workstreams and Prior Funding\n\nNet proceeds will be applied towards the commencement of DFS workstreams for Lindfield, including a pre-wet season drilling program for geological, geotechnical, water monitoring and mine planning purposes, as well as bench-scale metallurgical testing. Funds will also advance an environmental impact statement and mining lease application, including state and federal environmental approval prerequisites, the start of stakeholder liaison and negotiations for a mining lease application.\n\nAccording to [akta.pro company records](https://akta.pro/company-data), Critical Minerals Group announced in May 2024 a significant increase to the JORC 2012 Mineral Resource Estimate at Lindfield to 713Mt at 0.32% V2O5, 3.4% Al2O3 and 130g/t Mo. The same records list potential mine production capacity of 4 million tonnes per annum ROM at the project.\n\n| Funding event | Amount |\n| --- | --- |\n| June 2026 raising | $1.5 million |\n| Placement | $1.25 million |\n| Share purchase plan | $800,000 |\n\nThe June raising was used to progress offtake arrangements for vanadium electrolyte supply from Lindfield with vanadium flow battery manufacturers and data centres, and to advance front-end engineering and design and site selection for a proposed Phase 1 vanadium electrolyte processing facility with annual capacity of 24 megalitres.\n\n## Vanadium Raises Across the Sector\n\nE3 Lithium closed an upsized equity offering generating about $11.5 million in gross proceeds, issuing 12.78 million units, [Pulse 2.0](https://pulse2.com/e3-lithium-raises-11-5-million-through-upsized-equity-offering/) reported on October 5, 2026.
