Spree Hospitality Reports NPS of 96 in Q2 FY27 and 95 for H1, Led by Chakan Hotel

Spree Hospitality has reported a net promoter score of 96 for the second quarter of FY27 and 95 for the first half of FY27, according to an announcement published by EIN Presswire on October 17, 2026. The company credited its hotel teams for the results.

Spree Hospitality's Q2 and H1 NPS Results

Spree Hospitality said the scores reflect the collective efforts of its hotel teams to deliver service and guest experiences. The company stated that the achievement reinforces its belief that growth goes beyond adding properties, and that it remains focused on operations as its footprint expands.

ZiP By Spree Hotels Chakan led the group's H1 performance with an NPS of 98.56, with other properties following closely. The company said the result recognises Team Chakan's focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.

Sabiya of Spree Hotel Meerut was recognised as the best performer under the "Star Behind the Smiles" programme for H1. Spree Hospitality said she exemplifies the warmth and personal attention that bring its guest promise to life.
