Reportage and Sabah Investment Group Unveil Four Projects at Azerbaijan's Sea Breeze

Reportage and Sabah Investment Group hosted an event in Abu Dhabi to showcase four real estate projects within Sea Breeze, an integrated residential and resort destination on the Caspian coast near Baku, Azerbaijan. The developer announced the showcase on October 17, 2026, according to EIN Presswire.

Four Projects Inside Sea Breeze

Reportage, a UAE-based international residential developer founded in 2014, is expanding its international presence through its partnership with Sabah Investment Group. The four projects are Reportage Heights, Panorama by Elie Saab, Arabian Ranches Baku and Brabus Island, each with a distinct residential concept.

Reportage Heights offers modern waterfront apartments with panoramic sea views, spacious terraces and leisure facilities. Panorama by Elie Saab Maison introduces branded residences with interiors designed by Elie Saab Maison. Arabian Ranches Baku, inspired by Eastern architecture, provides apartments and townhouses designed around family living and resort-style amenities, while Brabus Island Baku brings the German luxury brand's design approach to the Caspian coast through waterfront residences and villas.

Sea Breeze is located approximately 30 minutes from central Baku and spans around 500 hectares. The development includes more than three million square metres of completed residential and commercial space and is home to more than 20,000 residents. Founded by businessman Emin Agalarov, Sea Breeze has a master plan designed by British firm Scott Brownrigg covering an 18-kilometre coastal strip, with all phases targeted for completion by 2035.

Reportage's Sales and Project Scale

According to akta.pro company records, Reportage achieved AED 9.6 billion in 2025 sales across 6,627 units, representing 90% year-on-year growth. The same records show the group has developed and delivered more than 60 projects and operates 31 projects internationally across multiple regions. Reportage has partnered with Elie Saab for the Panorama project, bringing the fashion designer's brand identity to residential development.

Recent Moves Across Luxury Residential

Sea Breeze Completion Timeline

Sea Breeze's master plan covers an 18-kilometre coastal strip, and all phases are targeted for completion by 2035. Reportage broke ground on SENSI, a premium residential development on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, in June 2026, within five months of the project's launch.
