OnMobile Global announced a partnership with Poorvika Appliances & Mobile stores to sell its ONMO+ Smart Console through physical retail, the company said. The device will be available at more than 450 Poorvika showrooms and on poorvika.com across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Puducherry, according to ScanX.
How the Poorvika Retail Rollout Works
The deal puts the cloud gaming device into Poorvika's omnichannel network, which the retailer says serves more than 40 million customers across South India. Shoppers can try the console in stores before buying, and it sits alongside the smart TVs and laptops Poorvika already sells. The rollout extends ONMO+ beyond e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart.
The ONMO+ Smart Console uses cloud technology to stream games on devices consumers already own, including smart TVs, laptops, tablets and smartphones, removing the need for a traditional console or PC. It ships with a Pro Controller and offers a library of AAA games, plus an install-and-play feature for compatible titles from existing game libraries.
Rahul Raina, Executive Vice President - Gaming at OnMobile, said moving into physical retail is a critical step in establishing ONMO+ as a mainstream consumer category. He said Poorvika's reputation for helping customers adopt new technology aligns with the goal of turning existing screens into gaming experiences.
Uvaraj, Director & CEO of Poorvika Appliances & Poorvika Mobiles, said the company looks for technologies that change how customers use devices they already own. He described ONMO+ as a natural fit for its home and kitchen appliance stores, where customers discover connected entertainment.
OnMobile's ONMO+ Distribution Push
OnMobile launched the ONMO+ Smart Console on Flipkart in June 2026 at Rs. 4,999, its first direct-to-consumer product and its entry into India's console gaming market, according to akta.pro company records. Flipkart was the exclusive launch partner for the device in India. The same records list OnMobile's monthly active users across gaming and mobile entertainment products at more than 72 million, with 126 telecom operator and enterprise customers in 69 countries.
