MKSK Consulting relaunched its Oracle Cloud HCM work schedule tool as ScheduleX on October 16, 2026, moving it to the MKSK X Cloud Platform. The tool bulk-loads validated schedules from Excel or Google Sheets, and MKSK says it can cut rota-to-payroll processing by up to 90%, according to EIN Presswire.
What ScheduleX Does for Oracle HCM Teams
Teams build work schedules in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, then load them directly into Oracle Cloud HCM. Every schedule is validated before it is loaded, and duplicate entries are detected and blocked in real time. The platform supports unlimited complex rotations, role-based access control, GDPR-ready audit logs and analytics, and MKSK says it is designed to handle millions of records.
MKSK says Oracle's seeded spreadsheet approach supports only a limited number of work patterns and can struggle with large volumes. The company says building schedules one by one through the user interface takes hours, while a custom API integration adds technical complexity, cost and delivery risk. ScheduleX is aimed at Heads of Payroll, HR Systems and HRIS leaders, Oracle HCM product owners, HR transformation leads, Oracle HCM consultancies and implementation partners. It is available now, with demos offered through MKSK's website or by email.
Mohammed Khan, Director – Oracle Division at MKSK Consulting, said work schedules can look like a configuration detail until hundreds of rotating patterns and a payroll deadline collide. Khan said the ScheduleX name and platform give the tool the focus it has already earned in practice.
