The Florida contractor is weighing individual requests for premium aluminum and double-lock standing seam systems rather than opening a full-time expansion into Northwest Florida, according to [EIN Presswire](https://www.einnews.com/article/950210089/live).\n\n## Atlantic Metal Roofing Reviews Storm-Damage Requests\n\nOwner Ben is evaluating select requests in Destin, Pensacola, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach and the Scenic Highway 30A corridor, the company said. Ben made a personal decision to consider individual projects where the company's expertise fits the job, and the company is not announcing a permanent expansion into the region.\n\nAtlantic Metal Roofing specializes in premium residential metal roofing for luxury homes and coastal properties, focusing on aluminum roofing and mechanically seamed double-lock standing seam systems. The core system includes 1.5-inch, 180-degree double-lock mechanically seamed metal roofing, with concealed attachments that give standing seam roofing a cleaner architectural look than exposed-fastener systems. Double-lock panels are mechanically folded together with specialized equipment.\n\nProperly engineered and installed systems can resist wind uplift and wind-driven rain, though roof performance depends on the full assembly, including deck preparation, underlayment, fasteners, perimeter flashing, penetrations and workmanship. Aluminum roofing is positioned for beachfront and waterfront homes because of its corrosion resistance. Atlantic Metal Roofing works with manufacturers and suppliers including Englert and Metal Alliance, and also offers custom metal flashing, concealed-fastener roofing and precision installation for complex residential roof designs.\n\nThe company says its team has more than 30 years of metal roofing installation experience. It offers a 30-year workmanship warranty under applicable contract terms, while manufacturer material warranties can run up to 50 years on eligible products. Atlantic Metal Roofing continues serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Naples while considering select Northwest Florida requests. Homeowners, architects and property representatives can request a consultation through the company's website.\n\n## Atlantic Metal Roofing's South Florida Operations\n\nAtlantic Metal Roofing Inc. is a family-owned South Florida contractor specializing exclusively in premium metal roofing installations for luxury residential homeowners and commercial and institutional clients across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Collier counties, with 4,000+ completed projects since 1992, according to akta.pro [company records](https://akta.pro/company-data). The company is headquartered in Palmetto Bay, with a regional office in Naples serving Collier County and continuing operations in the original West Palm Beach founding market, the same records show. It reports 4,200+ homeowners protected across South Florida and 30+ years of continuous operation since its 1992 founding.\n\n## What Comes Next for Atlantic Metal Roofing\n\nAtlantic Metal Roofing will evaluate projects based on property requirements, crew availability and construction logistics, the company said. Interested property owners in Destin, Pensacola and 30A can seek consultations for aluminum roof replacement, double-lock standing seam roofing or premium coastal metal roofing. The company's presence in Northwest Florida will likely remain selective unless leadership chooses to expand further.\n","publisher":{"name":"News for Agent","url":"https://newsforagent.com"}}
